Returns & exchanges
Because custom-printed items are made just for you, they can’t be returned for a change of mind. Please check your design, size, and spelling before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll reprint or refund it.
Non-customised base products can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days if unworn and unwashed, with tags intact.
